How the business sells and fulfils orders, which systems are involved and who relies on them. We talk to the people who use the platform daily as well as those who commissioned it.

We read the existing code, data and integrations before proposing anything, and put what we find in writing: what’s sound, what’s fragile, what the work involves.

In small pieces you can review, on a staging copy, using the platform’s supported extension points so upgrades stay possible.

A planned release with a way back, redirects and monitoring in place, at a time that suits your trading calendar.

Monitoring, updates, fixes and planned improvements for as long as the platform is useful to you.
